Work wasnt bad today, it was actually pretty laid back. However, because I had to close last night, it made the day really suck because I was so tired. I wish that Paula would learn how to make a schedule. Well, just wanted to bitch about my schedule before I took a nap....ugggghhh..Petco...

Why did I have to work the night hours at Petco tonight. We had maybe a total of 5 customers. And what makes it worse is the fact that The GM and Asst Manager made sure they got off at about 5. Not only that, but there was only me and a team lead all night. The good part is I got a head start on my cages. Oh well, guess that is just part of working at Petco. The fireworks got canceled tonight due to a thunderstorm anyways. HAHA. Gus seems to be doing better, we left him inside today and we will be leaving him inside for the next couple of days since the weather is going to be over 100 degrees F for the next couple of days. Well, I need to go take a bath, and it seems that ranting about Petco is worthless anyways

Just wanted to write because i havent written in a while. I got my check yesterday.....yeah!!! That is always the most exciting part of my day. I went shopping for my dogs, bought them about $600 worth of stuff plus almost everything I need for my terrarium i am putting together. As far as work, it has been cool. Paula went 26% over the budget and had to cut hours. So i only worked until 5:30 last night, and today i have a 5 hour shift. So, i am happy about that. Hopefully my days will stay short.

Well, keeping a journal will hopefully help me release some stress from work. Every since I graduated, my life has consisted of nothing but the same thing. Nothing exciting happens. Work sucks ass of course. I feel like a maid to the rodent world. Dont get me wrong, i love animals. However, rodents are disgusting. Birds, reptiles and fish are so much cleaner than my area. So cleaning is a constant. Then, when Ryon and I get home, or I have a day of, its cleaning up the house. UGH, We did go out on Saturday night, and hung out at Zane's girlfriends house, then we met up with Micah at the bowling alley. However I had to go to work at 8 am, meaning i had to wake up at 6 and be on my way by 7, and we didnt get home until about 3. Working a full shift seriously sucked ass that day. Today wasnt so bad though, I cleaned out my cages, and just kinda lolly gagged around. Anyways, this is my first entry, and I will write more tomorrow. A few things I cant wait for. 1. Real World Austin on Tuesday at 9. I already have the tv guide marked 2. I get paid on Friday....whoohooo Ross here i come...for at least one thing. I wont overdo it. I just want a skirt and a matching shirt...or at least a skirt and some shoes. Here is my schedule for the remainder of the week..6/19-05-6/25/05

Wed 8-4:30
Thur off
Fri 12:30-7:30
Sat5:30-10:30

Anyways, I am going to have to make a decision about whether i want to go to the anger management tour. $100 is a lot of money...that is some new clothes, and i honestly feel that is better than going to a concert. Then again, i have never been to a concert, and I could take pictures and post them on here. Hanging out would be a great stress relief. I dont want to decide yet, the concert will try to make up my mind by the end of this week. Well, this is getting long, and i want to have plenty to write about, read over and ponder. So until tomorrow....
